When I began taking the Nursing Blend I noticed an increase in milk supply almost immediately, over the next week I found that I was able to produce much more milk, which is helpful since I am now pumping and storing milk. I would recommend this to not only to those having supply issues but to those mothers who are pumping and would like a boost in their supply, and any nursing mother that is looking for a healthy supplement.
